This stealth king of the depths glides silently through our oceans, until it seizes an opportunity to feed. With a sudden acceleration, the great white can reach speeds of 25 mph and can attack in an aggressive frenzy, creating white water and throwing sea spray across the surface. Scott Kish's technique of painting motion captures this trait and the sharks serrated teeth are clear to the viewer, depicting the ferocity of this mysterious creature who emerges from the dark blue depths.
